Orders placed after 2PM on Friday may not be processed until Monday morning. This offer applies to UK mainland only. Deliveries outside of UK mainland will be charged at £29.99 on lead times may be extended.

  • Once your item is dispatched you will receive an email notification from our courier where you can track your item online. We use either DPD or APC to deliver our items.
  • We aim to package & post orders placed before 2pm on a Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank holidays. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday may not be processed until Monday morning.
Outside of UK Mainland
  • Lead time depends on location, for Scottish Highlands and Aberdeen, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland please allow up to 3-4 working days. Once your item is dispatched you will receive an email notification from our courier where you can track your item online.
  • Locations outside UK Mainland are set by our trusted couriers.

Order Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

We offer a no-quibble, no-hassle returns policy. If you are unhappy with your item, please get in touch with us within 14 working days from receipt of your purchase and we will happily exchange it or refund your money. Please note that items need to be in an unused condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note that any postage and packing costs incurred on returning unwanted items are for the buyers' account and are non-refundable.
