Where Is My Order?

We aim to deliver all our garden furniture covers as possible; most items are dispatched same day and typically arrive the next working day, if the item is in stock.

If your item has not been delivered within 7 working days then please contact us on 0345 0346 570 (9pm - 5pm, Mon-Fri) or by using our Contact Us form and we will look in to the delivery further for you.

How do I Return My Item To You?

If you're not 100% happy with your garden furniture cover, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days of delivery.

We do ask you to upload photos to confirm the condition of the item before we send our delivery team to collect the building.

Once we have collected the item from you then we will give you a full refund within 30 working days.

Please note that delivered items must be in the same condition that they arrived in to be eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.

Please note that any postage and packing costs incurred on unwanted returned items are for the buyers account and are non-refundable.

I Have A Damaged Item What Shall I Do?

Our garden furniture covers are made to the highest standards and is very unlikely to be damaged. However, in the rare case there is damage to the item please thoroughly check the item and contact us straight away.

When contacting us please quote your order number and explain the damage. We strive to resolve all issues quickly and efficiently.

I Want To Cancel My Order

We're always sorry to hear of any cancellations. If you want to cancel your order please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
