Placed and paid for at the end of October. Had to contact company two weeks later to ask where my order was. Told me new stock would be arriving before the end of the year, I was prepared to wait for my order. 3 weeks later I received an email to tell me stock won't arrive until end of January. Very poor and immediately requested a refund. Would never recommend this shop to anyone. Very disappointed.
Purchased the patio cover 03/10/2019, did not have to use it for 3 weeks as the weather was dry. Covered the patio set with the cover provided which states 100% waterproof. On removal the inside was saturated with water. Have had many email conversations with customer services to no avail. Do not buy this product as it is not waterproof, raised or flat please see photo's on website. I have 2 emails stating that if flat, water will seep through, so not 100% waterproof as stated. Have requested a refund on many occasions, but this has fallen on deaf ears. As the item was purchased with a credit card, I will start a chargeback claim, also i will inform trading standards as the product is not fit for purpose. .Colin Kingsnorth
